Integrative Psychological and Social Services (iPASS) invites you to experience one of our fun three-hour workshops to strengthen and deepen your romantic relationship. Each group is limited to four couples so you and your partner will get one on one attention in an environment designed for learning and growth.
With the skills learned in this workshop you will find that you can:
- Communicate your desires, frustrations and needs more effectively
- Connect to each other, even when you only have a few minutes to do so
- Maintain a playful, romantic, passionate and intimate attitude with each other
- Increase mindfulness in your relationship
- Get back to normal faster after arguments
Our workshops will help you learn and practice evidence-based methods for improving and maintaining your romantic relationship. We utilize fun, growth-oriented activities and give you the tools that you need to gain and increase skills for encouraging a happy, resilient relationship. Additionally, we incorporate principles of mindfulness to help you engage in your relationship in a harmonious way.
Although these workshops are designed and facilitated by people who are counselors and therapists, this is not “couples therapy” or “couples counseling”; instead this is a workshop designed to help you gain and increase skills for encouraging an intimate and healthy relationship. Even strong couples will walk away with new tools!
All couples are welcome, including people who are dating, living together, or married. Our workshops are offered at a variety of times, including evenings and weekends to fit your schedule.
