Submit a photo of your child dressed in their Halloween Costume by Tuesday, November 1st, 2011. One entry per person (one entry is defined by email address). A contest administrator will approve each photo, only photos within the guidelines and of tasteful subject matter will be approved.
Main subject of the photo must be under 18 years of age You must be the legal guardian of the child in the photo or have permission from the legal guardian.

Public Vote: Contest users and the public will be asked to vote on their three favorite entries (vote for the same one three times or three separate ones). Voting will start at 9am on Tuesday, November 1st, 2011 and end at 9am on Thursday, November 3rd, 2011. The entry with the most public votes will win the Public Vote.
Yes. Three winners will be chosen. The three winners will be determined by the three entries with the most public votes. Each winner will receive 4 tickets to Disney on Ice at the Comcast Arena in Everett. Tickets are open admission to one of the 7 showtimes between November 3rd and 6th. Tickets must be picked up at the Daily Herald office at 1213 California Street in Everett by 5:00pm on Friday November 4th.
